Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary door to door delivery to addresses within Singapore for any
order made on oursecondnature.com. Order(s) will be shipped within 5-7 working days*
after you receive the 'Order Confirmed' email.

Self-Collection 

Self-collection is available at Our Fulfilment Centre 970 Toa Payoh North 05-10 Singapore 318992 from Monday to Friday, 11am - 6pm (excluding Public Holidays).

International Shipping

We deliver to Malaysia for a flat fee of SGD15 via NinjaVan.
A flat fee of SGD25 is applied on all other international orders, and delivered via DHL Express or Fedex Express.
Please note that any associated duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer.

 We highly recommend placing a single order if you are shopping from overseas
as we are not able to accede to requests for the combination of multiple international orders,
and hence the refund of the international shipping fee (at SGD15 or SGD25 per order depending on location). 

*Delivery will be attempted within 10 working days.
