Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original condition with tags on, and presented with the original invoice.
We will not be able to process your returns or exchange otherwise.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
Follow these steps to return your item to our warehouse for a Store Credit refund:
1 Check item
Check that the item you wish to return still has all tags, is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2 Fill in the returns slip
Please state the Return Reason (A-H) on your invoice.
3 Pack returns slip and item
Pack the item securely in your preferred packaging. Insert the returns slip and seal the parcel well.
4 Return your parcel to our warehouse
You may return your item(s) via your preferred postal service or drop it off at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase at the below address:

Registered mail is highly recommended as Our Second Nature will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return.
All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.
Drop-off returns are only accepted Mondays to Fridays between 11am to 6pm.
5 Wait for our email
When your returns is processed and completed, we will email you the Store Credit refund within 3-4 working days.
Your Store Credit refund will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Store Credit is applicable for use in-store and online at www.oursecondnature.com.
