We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items* 
within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that all original tags are attached. 
All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

Once we have verified your return, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account 
at Your Shop Credit will be valid for 180 days from date of issue, 
and can be utilised partially or in full, in-store or online at

Due to the local COVID-19 regulations, all returns will be processed between 3-5 working days.
Please allow some time for your Shop Credit refund to be reflected in your account.


Exchanges can only be processed in-stores, subject to availability and eligibility* of item.
All other returns will be processed between 3-5 working days, with the issuance of your Shop Credit refund. 
Thereafter, you're welcome to utilise your Shop Credits to make a purchase of the new item. 

 * All collectibles, swimwear and items under our Living and sale range are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
