RETURNS

 

We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items* 
within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that all original tags are attached.
All returns are processed in Shop Credits. We do not offer cash refunds for returns.
All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

For domestic returns: via post or through our pigeonhole at

Registered mail is highly recommended as Our Second Nature will not be responsible for
any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes
will be borne by the customer.

Once we have verified your return, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account 
at oursecondnature.com. Your Shop Credit will be valid for 180 days from date of issue
and can be utilised partially or in full, in-store or online at oursecondnature.com.
(Shop credit refunds made before 19 Sep 2022 will be valid for 90 days).

Due to the local COVID-19 regulations, all returns will be processed between 3-5 working days.
Please allow some time for your Shop Credit refund to be reflected in your account.


 * All collectibles, swimwear and items under our Living and sale range are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
