The Bluhaus Club
The Bluhaus Club is a loyalty and rewards programme dedicated to our true blue customers. It is operated by Vemimo — the parent company of Our Second Nature and Atlas Kind.
All members of the programme will be referred to as Collectors. As a registered Collector, you will receive limited edition merchandise, special gifts, invites to exclusive events and experiences, early access to launches, reward points and priority support depending on your Club status privileges. Club privileges can be enjoyed through a 12-month period, based on your individual unique tier cycle.
Collectors are differentiated into 4 tiers:
- Top: Connoisseur
- Second: Enthusiast
- Third: Explorer
- Base: Member

You can easily view your Club membership status via My Club Access.
To preserve your Club status, you will be required to maintain the minimum spending requirement for your desired tier during your individual tier cycle (a period of 365 days). Please note all Collectors have a unique 12-month membership cycle depending on their join date. Learn more about your membership tier here.
