    Strike all the right notes. A perfect gift for a special someone, or as a treat to yourself, our very first Waterless Diffuser is designed for convenience with waterless operation and wireless portability. Paired with your Noteworthy Essential Oil of choice to scent your spaces.

    Comes housed in a lovely gift box which measures L 21 x W 19 x H 8 cm, accompanied with a blank card for you to pen a thoughtful message.

    Set includes a USB charging cable.
    Please fully charge before use.

    A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and can last up to approximately 4-5 days, depending on the frequency of use.

    The Waterless Diffuser Set is fixed and is not interchangeable.

    We do not offer returns for Living items, however, Waterless Diffusers with manufacturers' defects are exchangeable within 14 days from date of receipt. Kindly refer to our “Exchange Policy” section below for more details.

  • How To Use

    How To Use:

    1 /Fully charge the machine before use

    2 / Hold onto the ledges on either side of the top of the diffuser, pull upwards to open the cover

    3 / Remove the empty glass bottle inside and keep it aside for when the diffuser needs cleaning

    4 / Uncap the essential oil bottle and remove the translucent drip plug

    5 / Carefully screw the essential bottle onto the bottom of the diffuser cover and

    6 / Turn the diffuser on by pressing the button on top - one light will indicate 30 mins, two for 60 mins and three for 90 mins

    7 / Keep the diffuser upright as long as there is a filled bottle inside to prevent spillage and potentially damaging it

    8 / To clean the machine (once a month for maintenance or before switching to a different scent) fill the empty glass bottle with rubbing alcohol and run it through the diffuser for 10-15 mins

    9 / When the battery is low, a warm orange light will flash. Use the USB cable to charge the diffuser. Once the warm light stops flashing, a full charge has been made.

  • Product Warranty

    Limited Warranty: 6 months Local Warranty for Repairs

    / Warranty covers the waterless diffuser 6 months from the date of purchase

    Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
    / Unresponsive buttons and the corresponding light indicators
    / The USB cable is not able to charge the device
    / Electronic malfunctioning that causes the device to not work, i.e. it cannot be switched on or does not perform in the capacity that it has been created for

    Repairs may take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the cause and complexity of the issue.     Please email in to customer service with any issues so that our staff will be able to serve you better.


    Warranty is voided for the following situations:
    / Defects due to negligence or misuse as stated in the instructions listen on the box and website.
    / Clogging caused by other essential/scent/aroma oils used from another brand and if cleaning of the device was not done according to the instructions provided
    / Damage caused by improper charging or use of a cable other than the one provided
    / If the device is opened up or disassembled, with or without attempts to self-repair
    / Cosmetic defects due to wear and tear and/or mishandling
    / Once the 6-month local warranty period has lapsed
