Limited Warranty: 6 months Local Warranty for Repairs
/ Warranty covers the waterless diffuser 6 months from the date of purchase
Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
/ Unresponsive buttons and the corresponding light indicators
/ The USB cable is not able to charge the device
/ Electronic malfunctioning that causes the device to not work, i.e. it cannot be switched on or does not perform in the capacity that it has been created for
Repairs may take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the cause and complexity of the issue. Please email in to customer service with any issues so that our staff will be able to serve you better.
Warranty is voided for the following situations:
/ Defects due to negligence or misuse as stated in the instructions listen on the box and website.
/ Clogging caused by other essential/scent/aroma oils used from another brand and if cleaning of the device was not done according to the instructions provided
/ Damage caused by improper charging or use of a cable other than the one provided
/ If the device is opened up or disassembled, with or without attempts to self-repair
/ Cosmetic defects due to wear and tear and/or mishandling
/ Once the 6-month local warranty period has lapsed
