    With a focus on individually crafted pieces, slow-made one by one, this handy lamp introduces a sense of wonder and calm with its playful, organic appearance, inspired by Our Second Nature’s bean motif. For added versatility, gently twist the 3D printed cover to create different forms as you wish. 

    Comes packaged in a gift box, measuring approximately L 12 x W 12 x H 11 cm.

    Set includes a micro USB charging cable.
    Please fully charge before use.

    A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and can last up to approximately 10 - 18 hours, depending on the brightness level and frequency of use.

  • *Special Note*

    1/ 3D print quality: Due to the nature of the materials, there will be slight imperfections, uneven surfaces, and slight scuffs that do not affect the lamp's function. 

    2/ Wood markings: Wood is a natural material and there will be naturally occurring knots, marks and grain patterns. 

    These are not defects and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

  • How To Use

    / Fully charge the lamp before use
    / To access the charging port, gently twist and pull to separate the lampshade from the wooden base
    / Ensure the power switch is turned off while charging
    / A red light indicates charging in progress and will turn green once complete
    / Turn on the power switch before reattaching the lampshade
    / Tap finger to the brass touch sensor to turn on and off, touch and hold to adjust the brightness
    / When the lamp remains dim and the brightness cannot be increased beyond a certain point, it is an indication that the battery is running low and needs to be charged

  • Exchange Policy

    / We do not offer returns for Living items. However, if there are manufacturer defects, please email in to customer@oursecondnature.com so that our staff will be able to assist you
    / A receipt and order number is required as proof of purchase
    / For store exchanges, please email in to customer@oursecondnature.com beforehand so that our staff will be able to serve you better
    / Items must remain in original packaging in order to be eligible for return

  • Product Warranty

    Limited Warranty: 6 months Local Warranty for Repairs

    / 6 months limited product warranty from date of purchase

    Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
    / Unresponsive power switch and touch sensor (after full charge)
    / The mini USB cable is unable to charge the lamp
    / Cracks in the lampshade (not caused by user error)

    / Each lamp is handcrafted and finished, our warranty does not cover minor cosmetic variations, such as wood grain knots or slight unevenness in the lampshade.
    / Lamp bases are sculpted from solid wood, so no two are identical. We cannot offer exchanges for differences in wood grain or color.

    Repair services are available on a case by case basis and can be requested at customer@oursecondnature.com.
    Repairs may take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete, and depending on the cause and complexity of the issue, a small service fee may be charged.

    Warranty is voided in the following situations:
    / Defects due to negligence or misuse
    / Damage caused by improper charging or use of a cable other than the one provided
    / If the acrylic panel is opened up, or the lamp is disassembled, with or without attempts to self-repair
    / Cosmetic defects due to wear and tear and/or mishandling
    / Once the 6-month warranty period has lapsed
